 Group Fitness ClassesPink Fitness offers a variety of creative group fitness classes suitable for women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels.  Whether you prefer traditional fitness or something more unique like dance fitness we have something for everyone.  No matter your fitness style, our goal is to ensure you walk out with a great workout and a smile on your face.  Our studio keeps class sizes small and our instructors all work to create an environment where you can feel comfortable to work out with plenty of humor, encouragement, and support. ABSolutely Fabulous: Sculpt a lean midsection in this class that uses the best moves from a wide variety of disciplines to give you a toned, sexy core. See when this class is scheduled.

Chair Dance: This 45 minute class showcases fun and sexy dance moves using a chair as a prop. Learn a sexy routine and get a great workout too! See when this class is scheduled.

Hot Legs:  Get the sexy toned legs you’ve always wanted in this 45 minute leg-focused class.  See when this class is scheduled.

Pole Dance Aerobics Level 1: This 45 minute drop-in class focuses on simple choreography, including pole tricks, transitions, and filler moves. Get an amazing workout while learning a fun pole dance routine. No prior pole dance experience is necessary. See when this class is scheduled.

Pole Dance Aerobics Level 2: If you’ve taken Pole Aerobics regularly, Pole Aerobics Level 2 will give you a new challenge with more advanced choreography and strength-based moves. This class is intended for intermediate to advanced students. You should be able to climb before taking this class, or discuss with your instructor if you are ready for this class. See when this class is scheduled.

Pole Fit: Sculpt sexy muscles in this unique workout. Get a full body workout in this 45 minute class using the pole pole as a stabilizer and for resistance. This is a non-dance class. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. See when this class is scheduled.

Stretch and Flex: Relax and release stress in this class that focuses on helping you loosen up and stretch your muscles. See when this class is scheduled.
